Hello,
The company that I work for is using some SLES 10 SP2 and SP3 servers.
These servers haven’t been updated for years.
I’ve been asked to patch these servers, but discovered that the last patches for SP2 were from 2010 and for SP3 from 2011.
I am not allowed to upgrade to SLES 11.
But I can upgrade to SP4.
My question is, when is SUSE planning to stop publishing patches for SP4?
I could not find a relevant document on the site or the forum.
An general overview you can find here:
http://doc.opensuse.org/products/draft/SLES/SLES-deployment_sd_draft/cha.update.sle.html
According to http://www.novell.com/docrep/2011/03/long_term_service_pack_support_en.pdf
SLES 10 SP4 gets updates till 16.07.2013, then starts Long Term Service Support till 15.07.2016
Thanks for the information and the link to the documents.

The information about when the various products go end of life is currently/still published at http://support.novell.com/lifecycle/
