SLES 11 Patch Problem

I have put the license key in under customer center but show no patches
on a new server. If I go to online updates it says “No Update
repository configured yet” but still no patches. Customer center just
says “Software Repositories did not need to be changed”. If I run
“zypper up” it says nothing to do. Anyone seen this issue?

Customer Center in Yast or Customer Center on the Web?

If via YaST, does the system show up in the Customer Center on the web?
