for an existing program I need the php7-imagick extension.

But nor

zypper se -d magick

either

zypper search-packages php7-imagick

show me an repo that included this module.

Is there an other (supported) way to get this module?

I see it’s present in SUSE Package Hub for SLE 12, let me ask my SUSE contacts about it for SLE 15.
