I opened SR 10995946991 on March 8th. Had a little activity for about
a week, then nothing until one email yesterday. I replied to the
email yesterday, but nothing more has happened. Can someone bump this
along? Its getting to be an issue here.

I see the support engineer suggested a hot patch yesterday and it
appears you already have it. I’ve pinged him to see if he has any
other ideas, or to have it escalated as you asked in your most recent
email on the request. Sorry you’re having problems with it.
