SR # 10757337101

This one has been open since the 3rd of April, engineer said that logs
were being looked at

requested an update a couple of days ago but havn’t heard anything -
could someone give support a poke to get me a response, as it doesn’t
make Novells support look that great when you have no response apart fro
mthe initial one for a week…
