"ssl certificate problem: self signed certificate in certificate chain" during updates

We are trying to download some repositories and encountered error message below.

Also, would appreciate if someone can point me on the right direction on how to get support.
It has been a very frustrating experience on finding help from SUSE. Our partner has an active subscription but no longer able to login to the new Customer Center.
Thanks!

Hi
Sounds like they may not have migrated the account to the new system? Is this the case?

Hi,
I’m not sure tbh. We just needed to get this error fixed.

@“Robeth John” Can you check a refresh again with zypper ref -f to force a rebuild of the cache, it could also be an intermittent issue with the CDN mirrors, hence the error. If not, I will ping my SUSE Contacts to see if not migrating the account could be an issue.

@“Robeth John” I heard back from my SUSE Contacts, seems a few people have not migrated, but they need to login with their new community account, see;
https://www.suse.com/okta/faq/
https://myaccount.suse.com/help/login
Can you ask them to ensure the can login to SCC, then should be able to a case to get information transferred over to the new one.
