As discussed with you telephonically, we are facing an issue to log in suse account on suse web portal because we forged a password and we donÂt have access to the registered id Which is it@dnvoverseas.co.in. (Domain surrendered)
Now we have created a new account (it2@synokempharma) and try to registered suse product activation but it showed already subscribed and registered for 2 physical / 0 virtual.
Now we have to need re-register the product on the new account it2@synokempharma.com or should we change the email id in the old account.
For your reference please find the attached conversation email history and supportive documents.

If the product is on the new account, you should just be able to de-register the the system and re-register with the new email.
