Suse Can not Shutdown

Hi,
I have Server with Operating System SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications 12 SP4 x86_64
I install SAP Business One version 9.3 With Database HANA.
When I shutdown Server, it cannot be shutdown, its only show icon SUSE after i shut down, I have been waiting for many hours, but i can not be shutdown.

Hi and welcome to the Forum :slight_smile:
If you press the esc key, does this clear the screen to see what is happening? Can you press ctrl+alt+F2 and get to a console session?
