Suse Linux became Hang

Hi,
I using SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications 12 SP on LENOVO THINKSYSTEM SR650 ( memory 512 GB )
I using antivirus Symantec Endpoint Protection version 14 ( 14 MP2 ), but after arount 30 minutes, my server hang, i must reboot my server why ? is it not compatible with SLES ?
I scan because on my server , have kupidon while that encrypt my file. Is kupidon attack linux ?
My linux server mapping to windows server ( another server )
What the best antivirus that compatible with SLES ?

So the version that is tested is kernel 4.12.14-94.41-default (Verified in 14.2.4811.1100) is this what your running?

Kernel version is 4.12.14-95.40-default

So the version of SEPFL is 14.2.4811.1100? You might want to follow up with Symantec as to possible reasons.
