Unable to patch SLES15 SP4 require libzypp.so.1722()(64bit)

Hi All,
I have issue when performing patch on my system. my system as below.
Linux .14.21-150400.24.100-default #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Mon Dec 4 19:12:13 UTC 2023 (3f5cd84) x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

this system connected to SUMA as a main repository and lifecycle.

when I run command #zypper lp, there are 2 available patches to be installed.
but when I run command #zypper patch, there are error below

I have tried to chose solution 1 and 3, but it end up with break the zypper.

tried to force install libzypp to the latest version available, wont help.

zypper install --force libzypp-17.32.5-150400.3.64.1
