What about updates for timezone concerning changes in Russia(Moscow)
SLES 9 ?

Hi,

You can manually update the TZ database… see ‘TID 3655154’
(http://www.novell.com/support/viewContent.do?externalId=3655154&sliceId=1)
which touches on most of the major pieces. In fact, if you have
another SuSE system which is working properly ( perhaps SLE 10 ) you can
the version of the files in /usr/share/zoneinfo that work.
