Using vSphere SDK for Perl on Suse Enterprise Server VMware

Yet another newbie to SLES.

We are using IBM Tivoli FlashCopy Manager for VMware which only installs on Linux OS.

Downloaded and installed Suse Linux Enterprise Server for VMware which is running fine.

Can anyone assist with getting the vSphere SDK for Perl installed on SLES 11 or is it pre-packaged somewhere that I just need to enable?
