Uuid not running

uuidd is not running on my one server and i have tried everything recommended but still faling anyone to assist uuidd and uuidd1 is on the same version . see below

@mondlis Hi Is your system all up to date, that looks like a bug and need to create a support request…

But could also be related to the other error;
