vpn question

Anyone know what protocol / port the cisco anyconnect client uses to
check for updates?

I’ve been googling for a while (rimshot), and cannot seem to find that
info.

http://www.cisco.com/image/gif/paws/107391/anyconnect-faqs.pdf
mentions ports, but I didn’t read it, so don’t know if it relates to
what you’re asking.

Also,
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/vpn_client/anyconnect/an
yconnect40/administration/guide/b_AnyConnect_Administrator_Guide_4-0/b
_AnyConnect_Administrator_Guide_chapter_010.html#ID-1425-0000044e
lists ports at the bottom. Again, I don’t know if this relates to
what you’re asking.

Just trying to help. If it’s not right, sorry for wasting your time.

Susan sounds like they ‘said’:

So my response to Susan’s comment is…

Second one shows protocols & ports, but doesn’t really say anything
about what ones are used for the update process.

Guessing it’s probably 443, think we got the weirdness licked, for now
anyway.

Thanks!

Glad things are performing better! : )
