what happens if Rancher Version 2 is stopped or crashes will my services still be running like with rancher 1.x or does this have any impact on them ?
Each cluster continues to run on its own; in 2.x each cluster does their own health checks and scheduling so those continue to run and redone to failures within the cluster (unlike 1.x)
