Hi Guys,
If I remember correctly you could at one stage get a 10 user license for
GrouWise. Does this still exist?
I want to try out 2012 by using it for our family email and secondly I
want to see if I can still support it
Thanks
Lance

If it doesn’t, have you considered this?

It isn’t free but it is a hell of a deal, considering what you get for
the price… and maintenance is included!

I did have a look but I don’t know a Novell Partner to ask how much it
would cost.
Do you know what it would cost in $ per seat?

Your cost would depend on your Reseller.
This is taken from the USD_CORP_Price_List_NOV2013:

Standard Maintenance 879-001973 630.00

Priority Maintenance 879-001972 650.00
Upgrade Novell Open Workgroup Suite for Small Business 5-User License +
1-Year Standard Maintenance 879-001975 408.00
Upgrade Novell Open Workgroup Suite for Small Business 5-User License +
1-Year Priority Maintenance 879-001974 421.00
Novell Open Workgroup Suite for Small Business 5-User 1-Year Priority
Maintenance 877-007766 170.00
Novell Open Workgroup Suite for Small Business 5-User 1-Year Standard
Maintenance 877-007767 142.00
Novell Open Workgroup Suite for Small Business 5-User 1-Year
Subscription License + Priority Maintenance 877-007765 258.00
I recommend you go for the Priority Maintenance, considering the
difference in the price.

From the GroupWise 2012 Evaluation download page[1] linked from product
page[2]:
–begin–
With this evaluation version of GroupWise 2012, you can create a test
GroupWise system that includes any number of domains, post offices, and
users. This evaluation software cannot legally be installed and run in a
production environment.
—end—
Now whether your family email counts as a production environment or not
… ?

This definitely is a GroupWise question… but is is not a support
question!
I saw this as a sales/marketing question, the kind of question that
also doesn’t normally fit into a support forum.

Hey KBOYLE,

the kind of question that
also doesn’t normally fit into a support forum.
Our forums are for questions about the products whether they be
support, sales, consulting, whatever. They are definitely not limited
to technical support. The GW forums is where the people interested in
GW hang out and where we should try to point questions regarding GW to
so when people search the GW forums they’ll find those discussions.

Off to the comfy chair with you!

Actually, you didn’t blow it in the sense you did something you knew
you shouldn’t. There’s been a change since you were last active, where
questions relating to Novell products are to be posted in the technical
forums and not here. The reason is so they and the answers can be
searchable. This chat forum isn’t included in the website search range.
