How do I change the screen timer? It goes blank and “analog power saving mode” flashes for a moment, then I have to move the cursor to activate the screen. A real pain when I’m watching the Celtics, or now the Tigers! Is there a way to change the time for this, or even deactivate it? I’m not very pc savvy, being old (almost 77) and technically deprived. Thanks a lot.
Hi
What version of SLED are you using and what desktop environment?

I believe /etc/os-release was only introduced with SLE12 so the above
may not work for all versions of SLED - use “cat /etc/*release” instead.
