Chrome

On XP and Windows 7 do you have a method of forcing the home page for all
users to a certain page?

Chrome has a preferences file that you could pre-populate with all kinds
of stuff, including homepage. Whether or not the user change that is
another story, but setting it initially is pretty easy as it’s just a
JSON-formatted text file as I recall. I’ve done this on *nix systems before.

Good luck.
