Cloning OS/2

Hello,

I am glad to see that there is still some activity in the chat room.
I am trying to clone the HD of an old voicemail system running IBM OS/2
Version 4 (Warp). CloneZilla didn’t work!!
Any suggestion?

Thank you.

I’ve put Acronis True Image onto a memory stick, booted to the memory
stick and then cloned pretty much anything.

Might work for you?

Bob

Thank you Bob, I’ll look into it.

Late reply; apologies…

As a working OS/2 consultant, I can tell you that DFSee is probably the
best utility to image either HPFS or JFS on OS/2 (or eComStation). You
can grab DFSee either from the main site (http://www.dfsee.com) or from
Arac Noae (http://www.arcanoae.com).

(Full disclosure: I’m a principal in Arca Noae, which is an OS/2-focused
development house and consultancy.)

Eric, if you need any OS/2 assistance, please feel free to send me PM. I
never get a chance to visit the newsgroups here on a regular basis, sad
to say.

Cheers
