I have launched consul cluster from catalog and it is started fine. I tried to access the consul web ui but it is not working. Is it enabled by default? Do i need to make any changes during run time?

The catalog template for consul cluster was not designed to provide UI interface to the cluster, because the agent was started without -ui option, for more information on the setup of the consul cluster please refer to this link:
