Contacting the team behind Rancher

I tried to contact the team behind Rancher via their Contact Us form http://rancher.com/contact-us/.

I wanted to strike up a conversation about future pricing plans, etc. I didn’t receive any communication back and wanted to know how to best talk to someone from the team…

Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.
