Dual Boot Installation Failure

I am trying to install SUSE on a Dell Vostro 200 from openSUSE-13.2-DVD-i586 after booting from a DVD drive. The machine is already running Windows Vista home 32 bit in C: and after the installation of SUSE in a partition in E: drive in a 10GB partition, I don’t see the dual boot (GRUB) menu. It boots straight into Vista. Same happens with Ubuntu. Strangely, the machine is unable to boot from a USB drive.

I remember that I did have a dual boot system on this machine at one time.

What do I need to do to fix this?
