Haven’t used that, but I’ve used this in the past when I needed to send
a USB hard drive containing sensitive data to a vendor.

Seconded - however, unless you need it to be a mountable drive image,
often its easier to just use www.7-zip.org to make a self-extracting,
self-decrypting AES256 archive out of the data.
