There doesn’t seem to be any option for installing Java 7 included with SLED 11 SP2. Is there a recommended way to get this and easily stay on top of the updates?

you need to manually update, and remove the old version, but it takes only a few minutes.
I use openSUSE 12.2, I imagine it’s similar, but I won’t refund any money to you if it don’t work
