2008 servers in a vm last night with exchange to start refreshing myself

Yeah, going down that path already - its doubtful my next employer
will consider my decades in the Novell support path of value, and nobody
seems to care about SLES certification either.
So, Win2008, Exchange 2010 and SQL 2008 are on my training list for
this quarter.
