Outdated versions of the jQuery library is used in 1.6 version of Rancher. Is it possible to solve the vulnerabilities by upgrading the libraries for jQuery manually. If yes, please help with the same.
1.6 ships (indirectly, via ember.js) with jQuery 3.3.1, which contains one medium vulnerability related to $.merge, which we don’t use. You can certainly follow the readme and build your own version with an updated copy, but we’re not going to be doing a release for this.
