Update your system with “yast2 online_update” command or zypper: https://www.suse.com/documentation/sles11/book_sle_admin/data/sec_zypper.html

Firstly please note that this forum is for issues specifically relating
to SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) for SAP Applications and not
“regular” SLES.

As to TID 3594951 I’m afraid that needs updating (which I’ll flag to my
SUSE/Micro Focus contacts) since the latest kernel for SLES11 SP4 is
currently 3.0.101-107.1.

yes, agree with you.

My question is about the kernel latest version of SLES 11.4 for SAP Application and the steps to upgrade the kernel.

I don’t have a SLES for SAP Applications server to hand but checking
SUSE’s Patch Finder[1] for SLES for SAP Applications 11 SP4 I don’t see
any kernel packages listed.

However I don’t believe there isn’t a newer kernel available so you
should update your server via YaST or “zypper up -t patch” - I’m
guessing that perhaps you have never done this?
