Machine Driver Amazon EFS (Solved)

Trying to add a Machine Driver based on
https://github.com/nickschuch/docker-volume-efs but when installting I am getting

“transitioningMessage”: “Error dialing to plugin server’s address(), err=dial tcp: missing address”,
“transitioning”: “error”

Anybody know why this might be happening?

When I launch a spot instance i can use the following and works great.

packages:

• nfs-utils
  runcmd:
• echo “$(curl -s http://169.254.169.254/latest/meta-data/placement/availability-zone).file-system-id.efs.aws-region.amazonaws.com:/ /var/www/html/efs-mount-point nfs4 defaults” >> /etc/fstab
• mkdir /var/www/html/efs-mount-point
• mount -a
