Missing perl-Linux-Pid

When I try to add apache2-mod_perl with Yast/Software Management this Problem message is shown: “Nothing provides perl(Linux:Pid) needed by apache2-mod_perl”.
On SLES12SP4 the package Perl-Linux-Pid is available on SLES15 not. How to solve this?

Found the package perl-linux-pid. It is available in the Development Tools Module which can be added with Add System Extension and Modules.
