I must remove all trademarks in distribution?

On your link everything is difficult and controversial, besides, I have
not a lawyer.
I think that I cant use OpenSuse/Suse and that I will should create the
distribution from scratch. :frowning:

You can very well do this using suse studio

Example:-
‘Cr OS Linux – SUSE Gallery’
(http://susestudio.com/a/jMOVxa/cr-os-linux)

You can browse(‘Browse published appliances – SUSE Gallery’
(http://susestudio.com/browse)) and use testdrive to see them work
