You’re asking a mixed question:

  • if you want official support for SLES12 then you need to open Service
    Requests directly with SUSE as per https://www.suse.com/support/handbook/#q7

  • if you want unofficial support for SLES12 then you can use these
    forums though they’re English only (that’s not a rule but you’re more
    likely to get help if you post in English than Russian)
