Package yast2-sap-ha

In SLES for SAP 15 SP4, in the yast2-sap-ha configuration wizard, watchdog modules are not listed:
Softdog was enables and they are shown in lsmod:

echo softdog > /etc/modules-load.d/watchdog.conf
systemctl restart systemd-modules-load

lsmod | grep softdog
softdog 16384 0

I saw forum posts stating an update of the package can fix the issue, but we have the latest version of package available in the official repos:

# zypper install yast2-sap-ha

Loading repository data…
Reading installed packages…
‘yast2-sap-ha’ is already installed.
No update candidate for ‘yast2-sap-ha-1.0.8-3.6.1.noarch’. The highest available version is already installed.
Resolving package dependencies…
Nothing to do.

I see that for SP3 and SP5 there are much newer packages available:

How can I install a newer version?

Regards

Given that SLES for SAP Applications is a specialist and supported product I would not be trying to install packages from a different release on your server(s) as you would not be supported.

Instead I think you should contact SUSE via your support channels to raise this with them directly.
