Hi Kiran,
installation of suse on power using hmc is quite easy, I do following:
1 define lpar
2 on VIO create virtual optical with SUSE iso
3 boot LPAR from hmc in SMS menu
4 choose boot device - SCSI virtual optical CD
5 when you see installation window choose Installation and pres e to edit and
Append network configuration after line starting with: linux /boot/ppc64le/linux
linux /boot/ppc64le/linux ifcfg=eth*=10.240.150.100/24,10.240.150.1 vnc=1 vncpassword=12345678
6 open VNC session and you will see yast screen
