Problems deselecting patches in SMT

I´ve had some problems with a patch that I have previously staged into
my testing branch in SMT, and now I want to remove it from testing
before cloning to production.
However if I deselect the patch (or any other patch) and then try to
create a new snapshot (From full mirror to testing) it fails with the
message “An error has occured while creating the snapshot”,
and when I look at the staging log it looks like this:

I have no problems signing the repo if I just add new patches, the
problem only occurs when trying to remove previously selected patches. I
have never tried this before so
I´m not even sure it should work.

Any ideas ??
