program update/install problem

Hi,

I have SLES 11 SP2 for VMeare, When I try to update repository, I get this error messages

“Refreshing service ‘nu_novell_com’.
Problem retrieving the repository index file for service ‘nu_novell_com’:
Timeout exceeded when accessing ‘https://nu.novell.com/repo/repoindex.xml?cookies=0&credentials=NCCcredentials’.”

how can i fix this problem? I need to install some programs…

I run this command

suse_register -a regcode-sles=XXXXX -a email=my_email@my_domain -L /root/.suse_register.log

What is the problem?

Hi
Can you login to the NCC page and remove the system, then re-register.
There were some issues and hour or so ago, you may have tried to
register when this issue was being fixed…
