Recently I have met the same issue as describing at http://sourceforge.net/p/net-snmp/bugs/1946/. The problem comes from the requestid field which has been filled with the number larger than 32 bit. I am using net-snmp version 5.3.0.1.
As I see the issue stills in open status.
Would you let me know if this issue is fixed in net-snmp 5.4.2.1? If it has been fixed, would you tell me the commit-id in git repo
git://git.code.sf.net/p/net-snmp/code that fixed the issue?

Which version of SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) are you using?
Please post the output from “cat /etc/*release”.
How up-to-date are you re: patches?

I am using kernel 2.6.16.60.[/color]
That’s not what I asked and since 2.6.16.60 could apply to more than one
version of SLES10 which version are you using? Please post the output
from “cat /etc/*release”.
