The UI doesnt seem to have an option any more, it existed in 1.1, and 1.2 RCs had the option to set your default orchestration from the begining…but i am not seeing the opt any more, only on new env creation
You can just deploy the kubernetes, mesos, or docker swarmkit catalog item (if you are an owner of the environment).
