Community Content Manager
Rancher Labs is seeking an individual to curate and develop technical content for the company. The person who fills this role will work with our team, a passionate group of existing writers and the Rancher community to build and develop engaging content for our users and the broader container ecosystem.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working with small, cross-functional team to craft and build a content roadmap for Rancher
- Overseeing development and production of new content pieces, including (but not limited to) technical guides, training videos, blog posts, ebooks, whitepapers, and customer stories
- Partnering across Rancher and our community to build and execute content distribution plans, and measure resulting performance
Preferred Qualifications.
- Knowledge of and genuine interest in the rapidly evolving ecosystem around containers, infrastructure, and DevOps
- Familiarity with Linux and a solid technical background
- Familiarity with various communications channels including online publishing platforms, email, and social media
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and English writing and editing skills
Location / Additional Information
Location is flexible (remote is okay)
Role can be either part-time/contract basis, or as a full-time employee
