reconfigure startup after relocating

I had to relocate two swap partitions. fstab was correctly reconfigured. . During the reboot process, the kernel setup script refers to the previous non existent swap locations. After about 4 minutes of timeout, Tumbleweed starts Gnome.

Is there a script to reconfigure the Kernel?
