Customer has two server licenses of “SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications”. Also when I checked the “Subscriptions” at scc.suse.com I found the registration code of “SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications”, and not the code for SLE HAE.

please help per my understanding SLE for SAP Applications does not require to purchase HAE additionally as HAE is part of “SLE for SAP Applications” also we dont find the reg codes for HAE under Subscriptions at scc.suse.com.
I have no reason to think that SLE for SAP requires HAE as well, but I
also do not have SAP nearby to try so have never tried your scenario.
Your best bet is probably to contact your account/sales representative to
get clarification from them as they likely understand those requirements best.
If SLE for SAP Applications does require HAE, then you likely have it
already and may just need to enter that other code somewhere, or the SAP
code for both… maybe. There may also be a problem in the SCC where the
second code is not showing up; again, your account rep can likely help
with that.

Since you have replied to a thread which is over 2.5 years old I suggest
you start a new thread - if this relates to SLES for SAP Applications I
suggest to post in the SLES for SAP Applications forum @ https://forums.suse.com/forumdisplay.php?41-SLES-SAP-Applications giving
some more information such as version.
