Actually we have a problem with SUSE in our server. When we restart the machine, the date and time changes automatically, and is necessary to change it manually.
Why could this be happenning?

could you perhaps be a bit more specific?
Typically, the system reads the time from the hardware clock on boot-up, and can set the hwclock on shutdown. Maybe the latter is not happening, thus you get the server time reset to the one in the RTC chip of the computer?

SUSE is the company who offer several products. By posting in a
SLES-related forum that suggests you’re actually running SUSE Linux
Enterprise Server (SLES) but it would help if you could confirm by
posting the output from “cat /etc/*release”.

This is a server used to operate SAP Business One version for HANA.
