Rpm-build 4.14 for SLES 12 SP5

I am using SLES 12 SP5, which has rpm-build 4.11. Are there any ways that I can upgrade it to 4.14? I know that SLES 15 has 4.14, but right now, I am being restricted to use SLES 12.
