Samba Roaming Profiles issue

Hello All,

When I create my new Ldap users in Yast for some reason my users are still trying to roam. A profile.v2 and some other misc folders will show up in there home folder as well as this message in the windows 7 event log (Windows cannot locate the server copy of your roaming profile and is attempting to log you in with your local profile. Changes to the profile will not be copied to the server when you log off.) It also shows that the profile is roaming when you look in user profiles under advanced settings.

Here is the lines in my samba.conf that I thought would force local profiles. I guess not? Thanks for any help to get this sorted out.

logon home = \\%L\%U\.9xprofile
logon drive = H:
logon script = logon.bat
usershare allow guests = No

Several Knowledge Partners have responded to your other post and I’m
sure they have seen this one. If no one replies, it is most likely that
no one has anything helpful to say.

We try to offer assistance on a “best effort” basis. If this is
something urgent, I suggest you open a Service Request with SUSE.
