Has anyone had issues with restore an older Shibboleth from Rancher 2.7x into Rancher 2.8.0?

The IDP is operational and functional and the Shibboleth imports fine, but when you click on the "Shibboleth’ button there is no SAML tracer even going out.

This has been resolved!
When importing the correct set of files into Rancher

kubectl apply -f shibboleth.json
kubectl apply -f users.management.cattle.io.V3#/
kubectl apply -f shibbolethconfig_spkey.json
