I can’t find way how to edit/add application to right click menu. If I right click on desktop than appears context menu with actions: Run commands, Add Wdgets, Panel, etc… Can I edit or add some actions there?

As far as I’m aware, no, but this is not a SLED specific question so you may find the answer elsewhere. Bear in mind SLED 11 SP2 includes KDE 4.3.5, a lot of things have probably changed between that and the current version.
