Hi to All,
How can I use LUN’s (from FC SAN) to build a RAID 0 Volume?
And yes I can use the SAN for that, but the problem is I need a very large volume and my SAN guy didn’t wanted to give me a 4 TB SAN LUN … so he gave me 8 x 512 GB LUNs.
Now I can’t build a software RAID on the server, it says there is no ‘suitable unused devices’… but they are there, the LUNs.
Any help or directions would be much appreciated.
