thank you

can someone please help me out here?

Hi
Have you downloaded the iso image and used YaST Add on products to add
and enter your HAE code?

Hi
I am having same issue, I’m unable to get the activation code. Its is not showing up in “MY Products → Products” on the Novell site. I had no issues when I downloaded SLES last week. Any help appreciated.

Hi
I’ve asked my SUSE contacts for further information, according to this
TID on the repository structure they should be about;

Hi
Can you confirm via NCC that the HAE product is associated with the
account in the drop down. If not you need to move to the account your
wanting it to reside.

In either case you will need to raise an SR for the mirror credentials
to be re-generated so the HAE repositories to appear.

IIUC, I had the same problem, Kevin: The SLES-HAE activation code did not appear in my list of products. However, it was there - It was just listed as “SUSE Linux Enterprise Server”! :mad:

First: If there isn’t a list of licenses in your list of products and it just says “SUSE Linux Enterprise Server”, click on the words “SUSE Linux Enterprise Server” to reveal the list of product licenses.
Next: Check your products to see if there’s an extra license for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server that you didn’t request. That’s probably the SLES-HAE license. Try using the license code - It’ll probably work even though it says that it’s for SLES.
