I talked with the technician, and he tells me this is a CLOSED SR
awaiting Engineering and that he’s contacted you recently. He forwarded
me an email exchange from March and tells me he talked to you just last
week on the issue. Am I missing something I should be aware of?

Meanwhile I discussed this with engineer and opened a new SR to work on.
