I opened SR # 10915007191 on Friday 19th September, Engineer took the remote via Bomgar same day and spent 3 hours. Then again he took the remote on Monday 22nd September and spent couple of hours without luck. Then I didn’t heard anything from Support.
I am looking into this issue for you.
