Subsription issues

Suse is somehow quite special since all companies wish get money in?
I would like to renew some subscriptions. But:

  • local dealer in Sweden can or will not help
  • contact SUSE sale no results
  • contact Suse Germany by mail - no reply
  • tried buy via Internet. My password of account works, but not for purchase. Making an new account ends up that payment system doesn’t work

You need to be really dedicted and friend of Suse to be allowed to pay money?
Seems I need to change to another Linux or back to Windows. I had never ever problems pay money to Bill Gates.

yep. seems sles community is way too special. even people here is not really helpful. consider migrating to cloud. seems cloud provider has some exclusivity some sort of with sles.
